Meet Drew Patalano, our Safety Manager, who has been with Medford Wellington for 15 years. He started out as an HVAC/R Apprentice Technician.

I’m particularly proud of the team’s effort in building and growing our safety culture and safety program, something that will always stand as one of the company’s valued achievements. The progress we’ve made in promoting a strong safety culture is something I’m extremely proud of and will carry with me throughout my career.
Starting out as an apprentice, I worked hard and took advantage of every opportunity to learn something new each day. Over the years, I have taken on many different roles—none of them easy—but each has contributed to my growth and development. I’ve worked in the field, handled quotes, managed shipping and receiving, and even dabbled in on-call dispatching. This is a testament to Medford Wellington’s commitment to internal growth and development.”
