Meet Ron Digby, the Field Service Director who has been with Medford Wellington for 12 years. He started as an HVAC/R service technician.
“The humble beginnings of the CT shop remind me of the stories I’ve heard and pictures I’ve seen of the early Medford shop days. With a dirt driveway, older fleet of vans, and just a single small garage with a small office space we’ve definitely come a long way to our current locations in Billerica and Rocky Hill.
Here I am 12 years later, and truly part of a great team and family. I’ve seen my coworkers grow right along with me. I’ve made some great relationships here and look forward to the rest of my career at Medford Wellington!”
